Rocklid SPX-LT30-AF

Rocklid™ is a coated polyester film and is 99.9% pure polyester in its composition. Exceptionally strong
suitable for ovening, microwaving in chilled and frozen applications.

Rocklid™ LT30 films produce strong peelable seals to APET, rPET and PVC containers, and medium
peelable seals to CPET containers. These films have good clarity and seal well at low temperatures starting
at 100ºC. Seal strengths remain constant through temperature range 100ºC to 200ºC. Rocklid™ LT30
film can also be used where contamination is evident. The AF properties have a permanent shelf life and
do not migrate or transfer which leaves opposite side suitable for printing and / or lamination. Rocklid™
LT30 films are microwaveable and ovenable, designed to be strong peelable during production and post
microwave. However, during transit, the film will be a very strong seal. These films will self-vent in
microwave.

100ºC to 200ºC. Rocklid™ LT30 films seal well to all RPET containers without tray distortion. Will seal
through heavy contamination.

Rocklid™ LT30 films can be supplied printed and can be laminated to other films.

Rocklid™ film complies with all European and FDA regulations, including cooking. Whilst Rockwell
takes all precautions to ensure that their lidding films are suitable for the application intended, the ultimate
responsibility lies with the food packer to ensure that the film is suitable for their purpose.
