ROCKLID WS

Composition

Rocklid™ WS films are coextruded polyester films and are 100% pure polyester in its composition. Exceptionally strong.
Purpose

Rocklid™ WS film is engineered to achieve fused seals to APET, and can seal to PVC. Rocklid™ is microwaveable and ovenable.
Sealing Properties

Rocklid™ WS film seals at 150-220ºC. Rocklid™ WS will run on flowrappers. Rocklid™ WS film will also seal through a certain degree of contamination of sealing flanges but flanges should be kept clean.
Conversion

Rocklid™ WS film can be supplied printed and can be laminated to other films.
Liability

Rocklid™ WS film complies with all European and FDA regulations, including cooking. Whilst Rockwell takes all precautions to ensure that their lidding films are suitable for the application intended, the ultimate responsibility lies with the food packer to ensure that the film is suitable for their purpose.
