Description
Composition
Lidex™ is a coated polyester film and is 99.9% pure polyester in its composition. The coating is globally exclusive to Rockwell Solutions, and is not available elsewhere.
Purpose
Lidex™ film is a white, clear or metalised film that is used for die cut lids for the dairy and other industries. Lidex™ CA in formulated to seal to PS and RPET pots.
Sealing Properties
Though designed specifically for PS and RPET pots, Lidex™CA will produce a fused seal to APET, and strong seals to CPET and PVC.
Conversion
Lidex™ film can be supplied printed.
Liability
Lidex™ film complies with all European and FDA regulations, including cooking. Whilst Rockwell takes all precautions to ensure that their lidding films are suitable for the application intended, the ultimate responsibility lies with the food packer to ensure that the film is suitable for their purpose.
