Description
Composition
Rock Papier™ is a coated peelable polyester film laminated to 45GSM Clay-coated paper. The polyester film can be clear or Metalised. In addition, this laminate can be replaced by 23μm Metalised film to serve the same purpose.
Purpose
Rock Papier is a laminate that is principally used for PS pots in the dairy and water industries as a reel fed printed material. Rock Papier™ GP is a general-purpose sealer used for sealing to various different materials including PP, PS, PE, PVC, APET, rPET and HDPE.
Sealing Properties
Rock Papier™ Laminates produce exceptionally strong peelabe seals to PS, PVC, rPET and APET.
Conversion
Rock Papier™ Laminates can be supplied printed.

Rock Papier™ film complies with all European and FDA regulations, including cooking. Whilst Rockwell takes all precautions to ensure that their lidding films are suitable for the application intended, the ultimate
responsibility lies with the food packer to ensure that the film is suitable for their purpose.
